Location: Sarasota, FL

Schedule: Monday – Thursday (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to support manufacturing and operational quality efforts in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements through inspection, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform inspections and audits of incoming, in-process, and finished products
• Identify, document, and track nonconformances and corrective actions
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
• Assist with internal and external audits as needed
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership teams to resolve quality issues
• Ensure compliance with quality systems, procedures, and work instructions

• Previous experience in a quality-related role within manufacturing or aerospace preferred
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Familiarity with inspection tools, quality standards, and corrective action processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in basic computer applications and quality reporting systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Four-day workweek: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $35.00/hr.
