Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Project Planner. In this role, you will;
1. Assist Senior Managers in compiling data for program performance
2. Create reports on program performance metrics
3. Collaborated with other planners to improve data collection process.

The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of Microsoft tools, worked in a team environment, and some presentation skills.

Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering (Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical), Business, or a related discipline from an accredited institution

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated experience leading or managing a small team

Ability to clearly articulate ideas, updates, and decisions to stakeholders
Desired Skills:
Comfortable presenting to general audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience planning and organizing projects, tasks, and timelines

Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across diverse teams and disciplines

Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Confluence

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
