Your ImpactAs a Liaison Engineer (Product Review Engineer), you’ll serve as the vital connection between engineering design and manufacturing execution. Your expertise will help resolve non-conformances, ensure product integrity, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality across complex aerospace systems.
What You’ll DoInvestigate and resolve product and process issues on the production floor
Perform root cause analysis and develop dispositions for design non-conformances
Support preparation of technical communications with engineering stakeholders
Analyze fleet and production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Evaluate customer findings to drive continuous product and process enhancements
Identify and address deviations that may impact design intent and safety
Participate in Material Review Boards (MRBs) and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Assist in designing interim structural repairs to restore product strength and functionality
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams
What You BringRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
9+ years of relevant experience (or 7+ years with a Master’s, or PhD with experience)
Strong understanding of engineering design principles and manufacturing processes
Ability to work 100 onsite and support a 2nd shift schedule
Preferred QualificationsExperience in a manufacturing or production support environment
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Demonstrated hands-on problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with aerospace or highly regulated industries

Pay Details: $65.00 to $82.00 per hour
