PDS Tech Commercial is hiring Maintenance Technicians to support material handling equipment (MHE), automation systems, and building maintenance in a fast‑paced, 24/7 operation. This role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance to keep systems running safely and efficiently.
Location: Litchfield Park, AZ
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift (7AM to 3:30PM)
Pay: Up to $31/hour DOE
What You’ll Do
Maintain and repair MHE, automation, robotics, and facility systems
Use a CMMS/work order system
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and building systems
Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) including forklifts
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
Track parts, tools, and inventory
Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives
Work a flexible schedule (24/7 operation, including holidays)

Requirements
5+ years maintenance experience (MHE and/or facilities)
OR combination of experience and trade school/college (2:1 ratio)
High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Ability to operate PIT / obtain certification
Must pass WSI certification
Comfortable working in a 24/7 operation
Physical Requirements
Lift up to 75 lbs
Work at heights and in tight or awkward positions
Operate hand tools and powered equipment
Tolerate heat, cold, noise, dust, and moving equipment

Pay Details: $22.00 to $31.00 per hour
