We’re looking for a Prep Cook to support high-volume, chef‑driven food operations for the kitchen of a private lounge in San Francisco International Airport. As a Prep Cook, you’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently:

• Prepare ingredients for both à la carte and buffet service
• Support high-volume kitchen operations with speed, consistency, and accuracy
• Assist with multiple cuisines (experience across cuisines is a big plus!)
• Monitor and record food temperatures to ensure safety and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to meet service demands
• Provide excellent customer service when needed
• Assist with general kitchen duties including clean-up and dishwashing

• Food service & food preparation
• Prep cook or line cook experience
• Kitchen clean-up and sanitation
• Customer service mindset
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with the ability to work independently when needed

This is a Contract position based out of San Francisco, CA.

The pay range for this position is $26.15 - $26.15/hr.
